I have noticed over the last few days that some customers are not receiving their links to download their digital items. This seems to be an issue with Big Commerce which is the platform the website uses. If your order contains Digital Downloads ONLY, you should receive an email immediately after completing checkout with links to your items.

If your order also contains physical items, the digital links are only sent when order has been COMPLETED, i.e. the items have been posted.

Please always check your spam folder if you are waiting on digital items as this is where it seems to like visiting!

PS. Don't forget you should save your downloads to your own hard drive as you can only download them twice and the link only lasts for 5 days.
