All International orders are sent TRACKED. You will be sent tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
UK orders are all sent using TRACKED 48
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
From 1st July 2021 recipients outside the UK will be responsible for any import duties, VAT or clearance fees. Zenasminiatures operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
PRICES
International orders with tracking £11.50 This is the actual cost, we absorb any additional costs.
UK TRACKED 48 IS £3.80
We make every effort to post goods within estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
All items are in stock and we aim to ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. if you order is received before 11am on one of these days it will be shipped that day. You will be emailed on dispatch of your order and (depending on your address) it should take no more than 10 days to arrive but we will be unable to make refund or replacement until 28 days have past from the posting date. The post office will be liable for items damaged in the post.
Everything is well packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes or bubble envelopes. Proof of postage is taken but if you have any problems please contact me.
RETURNS
We accept returns on physical items. Digital items are non returnable (or refundable - see T & Cs)
Return costs are at your own expense (Unless the item is faulty or damaged).
If you have received an incorrect/faulty order please contact us straight away. You have 14 days to let us know about your return and 28 days in which to return it.
Downloadable/digital items are sent by link in an email. All downloads are non refundable. See Terms & Conditions.
